1.Service hotline for all questions regarding LIMON products during assembly, commissioning and maintenance.

2.Assistance with commissioning by telephone, Teamviewer, video conference or on-site.

3.Execution of maintenance and repair work at your site.

4.Shipping of spare parts with standard or express delivery.

 

Repair:

1.Assessment and analysis of defective components with subsequent preparation of a repair quote.

2.Professional and reliable repair of your products (also for other makes for ballscrews).

3.Development of a compatible solution in the event that repair is no longer economically viable.
