What are different types of linear blocks?

Linear guide can be divided into three kinds: wheel linear guide, cylindrical linear guide and ball linear guide, which are used to support and guide the moving parts to do reciprocating linear motion in the given direction. So today we focus on understanding the classification of the following ball linear guide.

 

Linear block is an important part of the ball linear guide, linear blocks can even be purchased separately, so what are the common categories of ball linear guide? We will also classify them from three aspects.

  1. Classification according to the rolling parts of the linear blocks
  2. Classification according to the width size of linear blocks
  3. Classification according to the appearance of the linear blocks

 

  • 1.Classification according to the rolling parts of LIMON linear blocks:

 (1) All steel ball type linear guide: LIMON H and E series.

①LIMON H series-Heavy load ball type linear guide

  1. Series Introduction: H series linear guides are designed with load capacity and rigidity higher than other similar products with circular-arc groove and structure optimization. It features equal load ratings in the radial, reverse radial and lateral directions, and self-aligning to absorb installation-error. Additionally, the lower assembly height and the shorter length make the E series more suitable for high-speed, automation machines and applications where space is limited. The retainer is designed to hold the balls in the block even when it is removed from the rail.
