From 2003, LIMON started business by providing CASQUILHOS LINEARES to the market. As a leading manufacturer in China, LIMON linear bushing are of great quality, produced in our unique automatic workshop which is the first and only one in China. The size of our products widely range from diameter 4 up to 100mm, with various design versions. We also provide available options for diverse cage, surface coating and different material (carbon steel or stainless steel as option).

After years of development, we have owned a very good image and reputation in both domestic and overseas market. Until now, LIMON has more than 20 years experience in the linear bearing manufacturing industry.

Then in 2007, LIMON start the manufacturing for the GUIA LINEAR e PARAFUSO DE ESFERA produtos.

With the increasing market demands, in 2020, we bought a new piece of land to expand our production base. The new facility been put into use by the end of 2021, now the production area reach to 100,000 square meters.

Now LIMON already been the biggest manufacture in China who have 99 production lines for linear guide and ball screw products, to garantee the market with the enough products stock and good delivery time.

For the linear guide, we offer standard ball type, cage type, roller type and miniature type, to satisfy the market demands. Our advantages for linear guide not only demonstrate through the powerful capacity, but also through the supply of various accessories and lubrication system, like ZZ/DD/KK.

In order to further enhance the quality of the finished products, we have invested 500,000 US dollars to build a new temperature-controlled and dust-free block assembly workshop. And now all the grinding workshops (used for processing blocks, linear guides, ball screws, and ball nuts) have been upgraded to temperature-controlled workshops to ensure better control of the product’s accuracy and reduce the impact of temperature changes on the accuracy.

In terms of plant management, our factory adopts Japanese production workshop standard management, from incoming raw materials to the later production and processing, and then to period of testing, packaging, shipping, these are all under strict control.

Relativamente à PARAFUSO DE ESFERA, LIMON provide both rolled and ground type ball screw, the accuracy cover from C3, C5 to C7. The size ranges are from 6 to 80mm, with left and right turning, and double nut is also available. We provide our partner customized solution. In the past ten years, we have provided customized ball screw and non-standard machining for many automation & CNC equipment.

And our third production base are ready and waiting for the new machines, which is expected to be ready at the first quarter of 2026, to manufacturing the bigger size of ball screw, with 100-120mm diameter, to make up for the lack of our market.

Para o EIXOS LINEARES, LIMON provide various different driven type for different working conditions, includes ball screw driven, belt driven type, rack & pinion driven type unit and linear motor driven type unit.

Over the years, we have been continuously striving to improve our management methods and work efficiency, while also committed to providing customers with a better communication experience and more efficient service support. To date, we have over 10 years of experience in providing solutions to customers, covering aspects such as product selection, drawing design, project recommendations, and after-sales service, including equipment installation and maintenance, etc., thereby significantly reducing the sales pressure on our partners.

In addition, we attach great importance to the production and quality of our products. Our quality control system enables us to trace all processes from incoming materials to shipment. There is also a dedicated inspection room for storing externally purchased components. After passing quality inspection, these components will be placed and properly managed in our warehouse.

We have focused on manufacturing for many years, good quality also have a lot to do with factory’s equipment capability. LIMON has been in linear motion industry for so many years, we are more than capable of doing simple processing of raw materials, to the cutting and straightening of internal guide ball screw, milling and drilling of external Aluminum profiles, and then to the assembly of the unit, we have professional equipment and personnel for each production line and professional technical team to guide each process.
