In order to further enhance the quality of the finished products, we have invested 500,000 US dollars to build a new temperature-controlled and dust-free block assembly workshop. And now all the grinding workshops (used for processing blocks, linear guides, ball screws, and ball nuts) have been upgraded to temperature-controlled workshops to ensure better control of the product’s accuracy and reduce the impact of temperature changes on the accuracy.

In terms of plant management, our factory adopts Japanese production workshop standard management, from incoming raw materials to the later production and processing, and then to period of testing, packaging, shipping, these are all under strict control.

The size ranges are from 6 to 80mm, with left and right turning, and double nut is also available. We provide our partner customized solution. In the past ten years, we have provided customized ball screw and non-standard machining for many automation & CNC equipment.

And our third production base are ready and waiting for the new machines, which is expected to be ready at the first quarter of 2026, to manufacturing the bigger size of ball screw, with 100-120mm diameter, to make up for the lack of our market.
